Profile.
Sydney Strata has been in
operation for almost 20 years.
We are big enough to be able to service you professionally yet small
enough to care. We are based at Carlingford, in the north west of Sydney. Our clients
are located all over the Sydney Metropolitan area.
We have a team of 7 people comprising
of 3 Strata Managers, accountant and several administration assistants.
We have one of the best client to Strata Manager ratios in the industry
which allows us to spend twice as much time dealing with your Strata
affairs.
It wasn't too long ago that the Strata Industry was
still being referred to as a "cottage industry". While some of the
players continue to operate in that fashion we have taken steps over the
last 10 years to operate as a professional Strata Management
organisation, not working out of a cramped residential house. The benefit to
our customers is that we have modern and comfortable facilities for
those times when meeting with you is necessary to resolve issues.
We are members of the Real Estate
Institute of NSW (Strata Chapter) who are one of the most progressive
industry association in the property management sector.
We invest heavily in technology in order to make our
communication and interaction with you easier and more effective.
